Registered Guests Only/Children Policy
All occupants must match those declared at booking. If not, notify us immediately, or you may be evicted from the hotel without a refund. Local law requires that all guests, including children must be registered. You will receive a reminder email a day in advance to ascertain the names of occupants. Guest rooms are not rented for parties or visitors.
Security
Pin codes allow access to your room and the Main St. entrance and are strictly for use of registered occupants. Check your confirmation and reminder emails for details. For help, call 732.528.0099.
Ice Machine, No Coolers
Ice is provided on the 2nd floor landing and is intended for room use only. A mini-refrigerator in your room is provided for beverages. Please no coolers, we are not that kind of place. Help us ensure pest-stain-and-spill-free rooms, by not dining in the rooms
Room Damage, Stains & Extraordinary Cleaning
Please treat the Inn’s rooms, linens and towels like your own. We use one-of-a-kind fabrics which are not easily replaced or cleaned. In lieu of a security deposit, any damage and special cleaning costs, lost business (if we are unable to rent to next customer) including 3rd party collection fees will be billed to your credit card. Hotel will notify you within 48 hours of departure of any impending charges.
Smoking is Strictly Prohibited
Smoking is prohibited in the entire building including its balconies. Cleaning will cost you $500 to restore room and furnishing to odor-free state.
No Pets Allowed
No animals of any kind are allowed at the hotel. To ensure a dander-free room envrionment, it is the practice of the Inn to general-clean, dry-clean drapes and linens as well as shampoo the carpet after an animal checks-out of a room, for which the Inn will charge a $500 cleaning/restoration fee. Pet owners are subject to eviction without refund. Service animals require our written permission in advance.
Balcony Use
Always exercise caution on our balconies.
Parking
Parking is at the rear of hotel on a first-come, first-served basis. Your vehicle may be towed away if illegally parked on a townhouse space.
Quiet Zone, No Parties, Noise Level
Our facilities are not rented for parties. The Quiet Zone is from 10:30 pm to 10 am, but quiet at all times is appreciated by all.
Fire Prevention & Fireplaces
Do not leave fireplace unattended in your Room. Please turn off when not in room. Candles in rooms are for decoration only. Avoid a restoration fee of $300 for any odor-removal.
Items Removed
Articles removed from the room will be charged to your credit card.
