Cancellation Policy

We are a small inn with only 12 guest rooms and cancellations affect us greatly. We observe the cancellation policy to the letter. Feel free to call for any questions.

No exclusions are allowed nor credit given towards future dates. Peak weekend defined as Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Peak season begins 2 weeks before Memorial Day to September 30. For detailed terms, refer to your confirmation email. There are no refunds or changes allowed on single peak-night stay or on any promotional rates. Regardless of season, cancellations or modifications carry a minimum $75  fee per hotel room. If you cancel inside of 30 days of peak season arrival, refund amount depends on whether the room re-sold, less a $100 fee. You are responsible for full amount of reservation until the room resells. Peak Season weeknights follow same cancellation policy using 21 days instead of 30 days. Off-peak season requires 7-day cancellation for weekends and 3-days for weeknights.
