Please consider travel insurance to cover unknowns. There is a minimum $75 cancellation or modification fee per room; modifications are at Inn’s discretion. At some point, your booking becomes NON-REFUNDABLE as discussed here. There are no exclusions and we do not give future stay credits. Bookings with 3rd parties such as Expedia, BookingCom or AirBnB are IMMEDIATELY non-refundable and cannot be modified.
Peak Season: If you cancel under 14 days from arrival beginning 3 weeks before Memorial Day and ending 4 weeks after Labor Day, there will be no refund. There are no refunds for shortened stays if already within the non-refundable window.
Low Season: If you cancel under 7 days for a weekend arrival (Fri/Sat), there will be no refund. For weeknight arrivals, if you cancel under 3 days there will be no refund. There are no refunds for shortened stays if already within the non-refundable window.
Holidays and Special Days such as Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, Valentines Day and Easter Sunday follow peak weekend cancellation rules (14 days).
Refunds will be only for the amount that the Inn was rendered inaccessible due to the declared emergency; cc processing fees will apply. Refunds over $500 are issued by check.
